A stunning vintage coat from the 80s by iconic Japanese fashion designer, Matsuda. In an autumnal brown textured velvet or chenille brocade / tapestry that is inspired by a smoking robe and would be perfect for fall or spring. With a long, collarless cut and an edge to edge design with no fastenings that is meant to drape open nonchalantly with small shoulder pads to give an edgy silhouette. Though a women's jacket originally it might also suit a modern men's wardrobe.
