Excitingly, you are now able to book in your pre-loved handbags for a range of services via our new Repair & Restore Portal, such as cleaning and stain removal, colour restoration, and customisation. All you have to do is provide detail of the service you need along with images of your bag, and the team will respond with a bespoke quote. Cleaning and stain removal will be available from £45, whilst repair services (dealing with everything from stratches and colour loss to shape improvement) will be available from £135 to restore your vintage piece to look good as new. Customisation options range from anything from a colour change to adding new chains/straps.
