We hope you enjoy your purchase but should you need to return an item you have 14 days from the day it was delivered to you to return it.
Due to the value and uniqueness of the items available for sale on Open for Vintage we provide a collected returns solution via our logisitcs partner DHL. Please, do not return items by regular post.
To return an order please:
1. Contact our Customer Services Team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +44 20 3637 5338 within 7 days of receiving your order to book a return at a convenient time and address for you.
2. The team will email you the necessary documents DHL require. Please print these out and attach these to the exterior of the returns package.
3. The DHL Driver will need to visually inspect your return. Please do not seal your package until the driver has checked the contents.
Returns are charged at the same rate as the delivery fee and will be deducted directly from your refund.
If you order contained multiple items and you are returning a partial order you will only be charged for returning the specific items.
