Description

Iconic and well-documented Courrèges "Eskimo" sunglasses from 1965 with an off-white plastic frame and lenses with slit cutout details. Silver-tone Courrèges logo on left arm. Back of lenses signed "Deposé" and "Patent PV 52 62", made in France. A pair of these sunglasses is held by the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute, New York.
